Match Shapes and Colors consists of tiles with 16 different shapes and colors. Each shape comes in 3 tiles: Each shape in two sizes, with the same color, and also a tile with a similar-shaped thing.
Two or three tiles match, so that for instance all the squares can be matched.
You can pick out a few tiles, for example only the circles, triangles and squares, when introducing the game. This is also a good way to adjust the game to your child.
